DREAMS

Summer faded to a lavender and the leaves that fell were crisp and light. I looked up to the purple hue of the forlorn skies, the clouds that parted, the horizon that no longer glowed. Two metallic orbs hovered in the sky. There was no one else around.

I woke up and knew we’d get there someday.

IDEAL TYPES

‘Ideal Types’ : a conceptual method of categorizing things we see into Weber’s notion of the ‘ideal type’. It helps us organize and align the world we know it to be. Yet, it also blinds us to appreciating that which does not fit into these conceptual modes of thought. But thats life isnt it? It doesn’t always fit the mould. This reminds me to go out there and jump into the ocean of experience; never expect and never judge.
